Ratatouing?!

My wife works at the library and she discovered the oddest thing. Well, I guess not that odd, seeing as how there have always been cheap knock-offs of Disney films marketed specifically to stupid (grand)parents. "Ratatouing", a computer animated, 45-minute "feature" about a rat who aspires to be a chef. I need to get a picture so you don't all think I'm bluffing. The cover in indescribably bad; it looks like a student computer rendering that was printed out by a home bubble-jet printer.

The MST3K fan in me wants to check this out, but I'm also worried about losing the 3/4-hour that I'll never get back. Whatever shall I do?

Yeah, I saw a commercial that was a total ripoff of the finding nemo commercial, exact same lines and everything, just different character models, and marketed as a different film. I saw the commercial when I was in italy.
